Classes
Classes session include :
Warm up-cool down, Stretching, Kihon waza (basic line work), Pad work (striking pads for impact), Ren waku waza (Combinations), Kata (Solo form practise), Kata Bunkai (making use of the kata/solo forms to create a self protection system), Kumite (Sparring/contest fighting), Ju ji kumite (free fighting non contest style fighting), Naga waza (throwing), Shima waza (chokes and strangles) and Kensetu waza (Joint locking techniques).
